Matthew Winter currently serves as an ordained minister in the Free Methodist Church as an associate pastor at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Omak. Saved and baptized from a young age, Matthew grew up in a nondenominational church in South Africa where he served the Lord from a young age as he felt a strong calling from God already through a personal encounter at the age of 9. With a great love and passion for the Lord, Matthew has done ministry in all areas over the last 34 years; from children’s ministry, youth, young adults, outreach and small groups. From reaching out into the poorest of townships to being part of running national prayer events – as long as he is serving and doing the will of God, Matthew is passionate about what he does. His driving scripture has always been Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,”
